Job summary

Northland is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our Reno team. This part-time role focuses on leasing apartments, touring prospects, and ensuring excellent resident service while supporting onsite operations and community marketing.

The position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and weekend availability. Travel to assist other properties may be necessary, and some days may involve outdoor activity on the campus.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Weekend shifts may be required.
• Travel may be required to assist other properties as needed.
• May operate a golf cart to travel around the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments to prospective residents and touring properties.
• Represent Northland by delivering a top-tier customer experience.
• Assist with current resident retention and satisfaction.
• Perform community marketing and manage inbound/outbound calls.
• Balance walk-ins with scheduled appointments and support onsite team.
