Northland is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant for its Element community in Tampa, FL. You will lease apartments, tour prospective residents, and contribute to resident retention and satisfaction, while supporting on-site marketing and community initiatives.

• Previous sales or customer service experience required.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Working weekend shifts may be required and discussed in interview.
• Travel may be required to assist other properties or for training.

Responsibilities
