Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• Math skills to calculate prorations
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Apartment management and/or sales experience required

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Greet visitors, tour community, and close leases.
• Process applications and prepare leases.
• Maintain knowledge of community and amenities.
• Document contacts and complete market surveys.
• Assist in marketing and events and weekly outreach.
• Support resident retention and renewal programs.
