Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves greeting clients, presenting community features, and securing lease agreements from qualified applicants.

Full-time position with hourly pay $19.00 to $23.00, plus benefits including health, 401K/ROTH, holidays, and bonus opportunities. Prior customer service or leasing experience is preferred.

• Customer service experience preferred in a leasing role.

Aufgaben

• Collect a deposit and process future residents’ applications.
• Ensure the model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specifications, availability, market conditions, and policies.
• Utilize proper customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses for informational materials.
• Shop surrounding or competing properties and conduct outreach marketing.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create new move-in resident files and assist with ongoing file maintenance.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
