Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Midland, TX to respond to inquiries, market units, process leases, and deliver outstanding customer service in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

You will tour properties, qualify leads, handle applications, and maintain accurate prospect data in our property management system, while staying informed on local market specials and incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license within the timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Tour properties, greet prospects, and present floor plans and incentives.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Maintain accurate logging of prospect information in the Property Management software.
• Communicate with prospects via email, phone, and text; stay updated on promotions.
