Responsibilities include managing daily marketing, processing lease applications, showing units, coordinating move-ins, and maintaining accurate prospect records in our property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads and lease apartments.
• Market, lease, and renew leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications and prepare new leases.
• Show units and conduct tours for prospects, including model units and common areas.
• Maintain accurate logs of prospect information in the property management software.
