Timberland Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Green on 4th in Prospect Park, SE Minneapolis. You will handle leasing, support marketing efforts, and maintain positive relations with residents and prospects.

Responsibilities include tours, paperwork processing, and event planning to promote occupancy and community engagement. Competitive hourly pay accompanies a full benefits package and schedule.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1+ years in a sales oriented role; 6+ months on-site leasing preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Mansioni

• Greet prospects and assist with questions and paperwork.
• Tour the property and highlight available apartments/models.
• Update apartment availability reports as needed.
• Process paperwork including leases and renewals.
• Listen to resident requests, complaints, and comments.
• Collaborate in planning and hosting resident functions.
• Participate in obtaining and distributing marketing information.
