Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing goals while delivering exceptional resident service. You will show properties, process applications, and guide residents from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a welcoming living environment.

The role emphasizes lease transactions, market surveys, and coordinated marketing to maintain strong occupancy, with a schedule Mon–Fri 9:00–6:00 and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience; multifamily leasing preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications (e.g., Fair Housing laws) are a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution with the team.
• Maintain resident files with accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform inspections to ensure move-in readiness.
• Support administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections according to Trinity’s standards.
