Trinity Property Consultants in Weymouth, MA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to deliver exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents.

You will showcase units, process applications, coordinate move-ins and turnover, and collaborate with maintenance to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction, with growth opportunities in multifamily property management.

Formación

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi or similar property software is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate move-in, inspections, and turnover with maintenance team.
• Provide superior customer service and respond to resident inquiries.
• Maintain unit availability and community calendars; support admin tasks.
