Trinity Property Consultants in Philadelphia seeks a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, delivering exceptional service while driving leasing goals and guiding residents through the move-in process.

You will show and lease apartments, process applications, and coordinate marketing to keep occupancy strong. This role requires at least 1 year in customer service or sales and a HS diploma; proficiency with MS Office and property-management tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus (if applicable).
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with property management software (Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to resident inquiries.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain resident files with accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Perform move-in readiness inspections and support turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in line with Trinity’s standards.
