Job summary

Asset Living in Mississippi is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a property. This role requires regular on-site attendance and the ability to show, qualify, and sign leases with prospective residents.

You will conduct tours, process applications, maintain model units, and support retention efforts while leveraging established sales strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by making appointments, generating leads, and following up with prospects.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support in marketing plan execution and market surveys to drive traffic and leasing goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
