Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen, and lease apartments, negotiate terms, and provide excellent information and move-in support. You will market properties, conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with the property manager to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license and at least 1 year of sales or leasing experience, plus a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen prospective tenants.
• Market and promote available properties.
• Conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
• Assist with weekly, monthly and special reports.
• Aim for high occupancy and maintain resident relations.
• Uphold fair housing laws and company policies.
