Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant in New York City to attract, screen, and lease available properties. You will market listings, conduct tours, evaluate applicants, and negotiate lease terms to achieve high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Work with the property manager and team to maintain standards, prepare paperwork, respond to inquiries, and support move-ins. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year leasing experience help, with a high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen tenants for available properties
• Market and promote listings and conduct property tours
• Screen applicants and negotiate lease terms
• Coordinate with Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist residents with move-in
• Respond to inquiries and maintain resident relations
• Assist with reports and maintain property standards
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
