Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants for available properties.
• Provide information about properties and negotiate lease terms.
• Market properties and conduct property tours to maximize occupancy.
• Screen applicants, prepare lease paperwork, and assist with move-in processes.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries and keep accurate records.
• Maintain resident relations and enforce lease and community policies, including fair housing.
