Job summary

P.B. Bell is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective residents and to support marketing and leasing efforts. You will showcase community features, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the rental process with professionalism.

In this role you will close leases, provide excellent resident service, and assist with daily leasing tasks. Weekend availability is required to meet occupancy goals and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and some weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for prospective residents.
• Assist in marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals.
• Conduct community tours and effectively present apartment features and amenities.
• Successfully close rental agreements.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with resolving resident concerns and problem-solving.
• Complete daily administrative and leasing duties.
