Bell Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome residents, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries in a multi-site setting. The role interacts with residents and maintenance teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely follow-up on issues.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in customer service or apartment leasing, strong communication, and a professional, team-oriented approach. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work on a team or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and sell property's products and services in accordance with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and its major competition.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident including the lease and addendums.
• Regular attendance and punctuality; proper documentation and follow-up with residents.
