Kaftan Communities in Michigan is seeking a Leasing Consultant – In-Person to guide prospective residents through the leasing process, ensure model units are show-ready, and support retention and community-building efforts. You’ll help residents find their perfect home within our communities.

We value excellent customer service, strong communication, and teamwork with maintenance and office staff to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).

Responsibilities

• Tour apartment homes to applicants.
• Manage inquiries, follow up and help generate leads with warmth and professionalism.
• Prepare accurate lease documents and maintain organized resident files.
• Support community engagement and help residents feel welcome and valued.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold the property’s standards.
• Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by being attentive and proactive.
