ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract, screen and lease apartments in our Rockwall community. You will showcase properties, answer inquiries, and guide prospective residents through the application and move-in process.

The role emphasizes customer service, regulatory compliance, and strong organization. You will work with the property manager to maintain high occupancy, promote community amenities, and execute marketing and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver\'s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about properties, negotiate lease terms and ensure a smooth leasing process.
• Lease properties to qualified prospects and assist with move-in.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries with leasing information and schedule appointments.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist future residents through the application and move-in steps.
• Maintain high occupancy and positive relationships with current residents.
• Support property manager and team to meet leasing goals and uphold community standards.
