You’ll handle showings, applications, move-ins, and collaborate on marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.

This role requires weekend availability and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced multi-family environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a plus (e.g., Fair Housing knowledge).
• Proficiency in MS Office and leasing software like Yardi or Entrata preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property; assist with market surveys and marketing to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and guide residents through move-in; coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars; conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
