Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the face of the property, delivering outstanding service and driving leasing goals. You will show, lease, and welcome prospective residents, while supporting marketing efforts to keep occupancy high.

You will manage applications, guide move-ins, and coordinate with the team to resolve maintenance requests and maintain accurate resident files. This role is on-site with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate with the team to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity's standards.
