Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Portland, OR is hiring a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing goals and deliver exceptional resident service. You will show and lease units, process applications, and guide residents through move-in while maintaining strong occupancy and a welcoming community.

You will handle resident inquiries, coordinate maintenance requests, and support administrative tasks. Availability for nights and weekends is required, with competitive hourly compensation and lease renewal

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Tech Proficiency: Intermediate MS Office; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly to resident inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.
• Update unit availability and community calendars daily.
• Perform inspections to ensure move-in ready standards.
• Support property management with administrative duties and phone support.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards.
