Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of our property, delivering exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals. You will show units, process applications, and guide residents from move-in to ongoing occupancy, contributing to a welcoming community.

You will handle marketing support, maintain unit availability, and collaborate with the team on maintenance requests and admin tasks, including move-outs and collections, to ensure a smooth resident

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing preferred (1+ year).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in market surveys and marketing strategies to maintain occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain resident files accurately and completely.
• Maintain unit availability updates and community calendars.
• Perform inspections to ensure move-in readiness.
• Support management with administrative duties and phone support.
• Conduct move-out inspections and assist with turnovers.
• Handle resident collections per company standards.
