ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract tenants, present available properties, conduct tours, screen applicants and negotiate leases. The role partners with the Property Manager to maintain high occupancy and curb turnover.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license and at least one year of sales or leasing experience, with a high school diploma. Strong communication, organization, and Office software skills are valued, along with knowledge of property software.

Competenze

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Attract and screen potential tenants and provide information about available properties.
• Market and promote available properties and conduct property tours.
• Screen applicants, negotiate lease terms and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist future residents to ensure a smooth move-in and respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to meet leasing goals and maintain property standards.
