Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilizes property software to manage leads, respond quickly, and follow up.
• Know availability, pricing, and property info for prospects.
• Strive to meet and exceed occupancy goals.
• Maintain knowledge of local community, schools, businesses, events.
• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming on-site experience.
• Assist in tours, coordinate show units and model readiness.
• Resolve issues as first point of contact with residents.
• Escalate customer service issues to site management when needed.
