Job summary

SYNC Residential is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for our Spring Cypress community. The role requires at least 1 year of multifamily leasing experience and a valid driver's license, with shifts including Sundays and every other Saturday, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm depending on day.

You will tour prospects, assist through the lease process, manage CRM communications, and support marketing efforts. The position emphasizes resident move-ins, occupancy goals, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily leasing experience required.
• Valid driver's license with state minimum auto insurance required.
• Must work Saturday shift (10am-5pm).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual helpful, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Manage inquiries via CRM and phone.
• Create social media content and marketing materials.
• Complete outreach marketing within the neighborhood and at employers.
• Ensure move-in packets and units are prepared.
