Job summary

SYNC Residential in Fayetteville is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our sales team. The role requires sales and customer service experience, with leasing background preferred. A valid driver’s license and a pre-employment background check are required.

Schedule includes Sundays and rotating weekdays, with M/W/F 9am-6pm and T/Th 10am-7pm. The position involves touring residents, managing applications, CRM communications, and marketing both online and in-neighborhood channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Marketing/Social media content creation highly preferred.
• Must work Saturday 10am-5pm; Tuesday/Thursday 10am-7pm.
• Real estate, hospitality or service industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Monthly lease commissions and renewal bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospective residents and guide them through the application and leasing process.
• Communicate with prospects via the CRM and follow up.
• Handle inquiries from residents and prospects.
• Create social media content and marketing materials for the community.
• Conduct outreach marketing within the neighborhood and with preferred employers.
• Audit community website and online listings for accuracy.
• Open/close model apartments and show units for touring.
• Prepare move-in packets and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Plan and participate in resident events.
• Answer calls and greet visitors; schedule appointments; close leases where possible.
