ECI Group is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to market and lease multifamily properties in the Southeast. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, occupancy growth, and teamwork within the onsite community team.

You will manage leasing goals, respond to inquiries, and coordinate showings while maintaining a welcoming resident experience through the lease cycle and ongoing interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year leasing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and ADA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by highlighting community quality and lifestyle of the apartment homes.
• Assist prospects through qualification, screening and lease acceptance processes.
• Prepare apartments for move-in, including inspections and keys.
• Deliver service to residents to exceed expectations and retain tenants.
• Track marketing strategies, advertising, promotions and publications.
• Review vacancies and market-ready units; participate in resident events as needed.
• Support turn process and show vacant units; visit other locations as assigned.
• Respond to resident requests and internet inquiries promptly.
