Greet prospects, conduct tours, explain lease terms, and process applications while collaborating with marketing to showcase amenities. Strong communication and organization are essential, along with knowledge of fair housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or leasing, preferably in real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for lease administration.
• Proficient with property management software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and engage with prospective residents, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
• Conduct property tours highlighting amenities, floor plans, and unique selling points.
• Assist with the leasing process, including explaining lease terms, applications, and move-in details.
• Process lease applications, conduct background checks, and ensure timely lease agreement completion.
• Input and maintain resident data in property management software with up-to-date records.
• Assist with rent collection, delinquencies, and lease renewals.
• Stay informed about property features and community amenities to communicate value.
• Collaborate with marketing to showcase the property through listings and social media.
• Foster a sense of community by planning resident events and activities.
