Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Analyze market trends to optimize occupancy and revenue and stay updated on industry tools and standards.
• Perform property inspections, ensure show units meet quality standards, and manage renewal processes.
• Address resident concerns and support timely lease renewals and move-ins.
