Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Arcade, a 282-unit community in St. Louis, MO.

This role blends customer service and sales, with responsibilities including property tours, presenting units, and guiding prospective residents through the application process. You will work with the team to maintain presentation standards, follow Fair Housing guidelines, enter data in Yardi PMS, and support marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic math for rent calculations; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases following company standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and maintain properties daily; ensure tours paths are clean and presentable.
• Maintain knowledge of local schools, hospitals, banks, shopping, transportation, and amenities; communicate these to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; complete Guest Cards and accurately enter data in Yardi PMS.
• Guide customers through application completion and collect required documents for affordable housing eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities and traffic-generating initiatives to support occupancy goals.
• Support community events, assist with resident retention, and complete tasks from supervisor.
