Job summary

Dominium in Covington, GA, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Arbor Lake, a 250-unit community. This role combines customer service and sales, focusing on leasing apartments and following company standards.

You will present properties, build rapport with prospects, and guide applicants through the process per company policies. The position requires adherence to Fair Housing guidelines, professional appearance, and accurate data entry in Yardi PMS.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required or preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience beneficial.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases following company standards, and conduct timely follow-up with prospects.
• Ensure homes are clean and presentable for tours and walk the tour path to maintain quality.
• Maintain knowledge of property features, local schools, amenities, and transportation; communicate these to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and input data accurately in Yardi PMS.
• Guide customers through application completion and collect documents for affordable housing eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities and traffic-generating initiatives to support occupancy goals.
• Support community events and resident retention efforts; perform projects as assigned.
