Dominium is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Arcade community in St. Louis, MO. The role blends customer service and sales, focusing on presenting properties, tours, and lease closings with follow-up.

Responsibilities include guiding applicants through the rental process, adhering to Fair Housing guidelines, and documenting interactions in PMS software. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Basic math for rent calculations, deposits, fees and related items.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; build rapport and provide property tours.
• Present available units, close leases according to company standards, and follow up with prospects.
• Inspect and prepare homes for tours to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Know property features, local schools, hospitals, banks, shopping, transportation and amenities; communicate these to prospects.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws; complete Guest Cards and enter data in Yardi PMS.
• Guide customers through application completion and collect required documentation for affordable housing eligibility.
• Participate in off-site marketing activities to support occupancy goals.
• Support community events, assist with resident retention, and complete supervisor-assigned projects.
