Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Irving, TX. You will manage leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community, delivering outstanding resident experiences and promoting satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, preparing move-in packages, processing applications, and maintaining records. A customer-service mindset, strong English communication, and a willing attitude toward Fair Housing compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Operate telephone and PC, MS Word/MS Outlook, and community software.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Follow employee handbook.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify visitors and inquiries.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and FH requirements.
• Update availability and process applications (credit, history).
• Assist in renewals and send renewal notices.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
