Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Community Consultant in Washington, DC. This full-time role (40 hours weekly) focuses on guiding prospective residents through tours, matching floorplans to needs, and following up on leads to convert inquiries into leases.

You will engage customers with friendly service, coordinate with the leasing team, and work Saturdays to meet peak demand. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in leasing or customer service are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, preferably real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
