Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Previous leasing experience within multifamily property management a plus
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
• Fair Housing laws compliance and Brookfield leasing policies

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents and guide them through the leasing experience
• Conduct informative and personalized tours to generate leases and highlight community features
• Manage leads and leasing tasks using CRM, and coordinate move-in procedures with the team
• Schedule tours, respond to calls/emails/texts, and encourage online applications
• Maintain knowledge of apartments, amenities, rates, and promotions to meet occupancy goals
