Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities in Falls Church, VA. You will conduct personalized tours, explain floor plans and neighborhood highlights, and follow up on leads to maximize occupancy.

Weekend availability is required as this is a high-traffic period. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, relationship-building with new residents, and collaboration with a leasing team to deliver luxury living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service in real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leasing Consultant responsible for daily leasing operations at the community.
• Conduct customized tours highlighting floorplans and local amenities.
• Follow up on leads to convert interest into leases.
