Weekend availability is required as Saturdays are peak days for tours and inquiries. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, marketing outreach, and a passion for delivering luxury living experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• Experience in real estate or property management preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized leasing tours and present floorplans.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases.
• Coordinate with residents and team to ensure a smooth move-in process.
• Support weekend leasing activities and maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.
