Job summary

Allied Residential in Washington state is seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will conduct property tours, highlight features and amenities, prepare leases, collect deposits, and support occupancy goals through proactive marketing and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Yardi software.
• Basic math skills and ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site, including walking varied terrain and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting apartment features and community amenities.
• Provide information about the local area including schools, shopping, and transportation.
• Prepare and process lease agreements and collect deposits.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Maintain updated listings and create ads to promote vacancies.
• Participate in team meetings and training for growth.
