Arlington Properties, LLC seeks a friendly Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants from application to move-in, explaining features, pricing, and policies while delivering outstanding resident service. You will collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams, maintain accurate files, support retention efforts, and contribute marketing ideas to boost occupancy.

A high school diploma and customer service experience are favored, with reliability and weekend

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfort with digital tools.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and policies.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files and support retention and renewal efforts.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and residents.
• Promote the property through outreach efforts and marketing ideas.
