Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and manage the full leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring accurate pricing and policies are communicated.

You’ll maintain resident files and support retention while driving occupancy through proactive outreach. You will also contribute to marketing visibility, create engaging content, plan events, and build relationships with local partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and policies.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files and support retention and renewal.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and residents.
• Promote the property through outreach efforts and marketing ideas.
• Monitor advertising platforms and provide insight into digital performance.
• Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts and promotional campaigns.
• Plan, coordinate, and host resident events to foster community involvement.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Represent the property professionally online and in person.
• Collaborate with onsite team on marketing strategies to drive traffic.
