Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Memorial to be the face of the community and drive leasing goals. You will show and lease apartments, explain unit options, and provide exceptional service to residents and prospects.

You will greet guests warmly, maintain property knowledge, and close leases while preparing paperwork and inputting data into our system. This full-time role requires weekend availability, strong sales drive, and experience in fast-paced customer-facing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/restaurant/retail/customer-facing role.
• Availability for full-time, rotating weekday hours; weekends required (Sat/Sun).
• Ability to greet visitors and provide exemplary service while maintaining property knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of unit options and variations to prospects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional manner.
• Close the sale of new apartment homes and prepare lease paperwork.
• Enter information into the internal resident database and manage leases.
• Support sales and marketing efforts to increase property traffic.
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve concerns.
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities.
• Visit local locators and businesses to promote the property.
