Job summary

CLK Multifamily Management in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, conduct tours, answer questions and guide applicants from first visit to move-in.

As the first point of contact, you’ll respond to leads across phone, email, text and walk-ins, close leases, and work with an on-site team. Compensation includes hourly pay plus leasing commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leasing, sales, hospitality or customer service experience (leasing preferred).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with computers; experience with property management software preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws (training provided).
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and tasks at once.
• Available to work weekends and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospects and residents who visit the leasing office.
• Schedule and lead property and model tours for prospects.
• Respond quickly to leads by phone, email, text and walk-in, and follow up to close leases.
• Explain availability, pricing, lease terms and community policies.
• Process rental applications, including background checks and income verification.
