Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and highlight community features.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text, or walk-in.
• Guide applicants through application, screening, and lease signing; prepare lease files.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing traffic and lead sources in property management software.
• Support marketing efforts: update online listings, post to social media, participate in outreach events.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Conduct move-in inspections and ensure model units and tour paths meet standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance on resident service requests.
• Comply with Fair Housing and company policies; perform duties per guidelines.
• Assist the Property Manager with administrative tasks.
