The role emphasizes high-energy sales, strong customer service, and adherence to Fair Housing laws while working weekends and evenings as needed to support busy leasing cycles.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Experience with multifamily property management or leasing processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents to drive satisfaction and leases.
• Conduct tours and present apartment homes to generate new leases and renewals.
• Manage leads, schedule tours, and oversee the leasing process from screening to move-in.
