You will manage inquiries, process applications, and collaborate with the onsite team to ensure a smooth move-in experience. A customer-service mindset and ability to work weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–2 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required by property.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations.
• Lead engaging tours and convert prospects into leases.
• Manage leads and leasing tasks in the CRM and complete move-in procedures.
• Schedule tours and respond to inquiries via calls, emails, chats, and text messages.
• Maintain knowledge of properties, amenities, and local market trends.
