AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for Oak Trail at Cherry Creek. This full-time role offers base pay up to $21.00 per hour plus commissions, with multiple opportunities to increase earnings through higher rent rates, longer leases, and performance-based tiers.

You will maintain leasing goals, provide exceptional service to residents, support multiple AIR portfolio communities as needed, and contribute to marketing efforts while adhering to Fair Housing Laws.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and follow a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability including weekends.
• Reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
• Reliable transportation.
