AIR Communities seeks an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for Lodge at Hidden River in Tampa, FL. You will guide prospective residents through tours, follow up with leads, and drive occupancy while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience in property management, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales goals and following a structured sales process.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt prospect follow-up, scheduling appointments, and conducting community tours.
• Showcase apartment homes and community amenities to help prospects find their new home.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both prospective and current residents.
• Support leasing efforts across AIR communities as needed.
• Assist with community marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects throughout the leasing journey.
