Ideal candidates have experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, with strong communication, organization, and knowledge of local markets. Proficiency with leasing software and basic computer tools is preferred.

• Maintain a high level of service orientation, making current residents feel welcome, comfortable, and valued.
• Stay informed about local market conditions and trends to effectively position the community.
• Contribute ideas to the management team for marketing strategies and resident satisfaction improvements.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to foster positive relationships and encourage lease renewals.
