• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Conduct outreach marketing and visit competing properties.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in files and maintaining records.
• Address resident requests and complaints courteously.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
