The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and present community features and benefits.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants.
• Collect a deposit and process applications.
• Ensure model apartments are ready and workspace is clean.
• Know lease terms, unit specs, availability, and policies.
• Use professional customer service and sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses.
• Outreach marketing and competitive property shop.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs.
• Create move-in resident files and maintain records.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding property or residents.
• Handle resident requests and complaints courteously and efficiently.
